Darksiders is, by far, the best Zelda game I've played in a long, long while. An excellent update to Link, they threw out the "save the princess" mechanic, and brought in some truly excellent puzzles. I have to give a huge round of applause to Nintendo for the job they did on thi ( Read more... )

I just downloaded and played the demo for this game. It looks incredible, and plays amazingly. I can understand why the lines were so long for this at PAX. It's also not a gentle learning curve - I killed myself more than a few times going to the end of the demo, but I never once felt like the challenge was too much. So I got home tonight from a friends house at 11. It's is now just after 4. The hours in between were spent rocking out with tunaman. I started on drums, did a small stint on vocals, and ended the night on bass. He started out on guitar, moved to drums, and ended up back on guitar for the end.
